Policies!!!

MINIMUM ORDER
We greatly appreciate all orders & have no minimum.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Checks and Money Orders. Please allow at least 7-10 additional days for processing with payments made by check, money order or cashier's check. If paying by Check, your order will not ship until payment clears. If paying by check and your payment does not clear, you will be assessed a $25 service fee.

PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your right to privacy & agree to never share or sell any of your personal information. This info is collected for the sole purpose of our billing, shipping and weekly newsletter (which you may opt out from at any time). No one likes spam & DBS will protect your personal info!

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days (we strive for 24 hour turnaround times, but orders can take up to 3 days to ship). Large orders may take additional time & we will notify you if there is any delay. We ship via USPS Firtst-Class, USPS Priority & UPS. Shipments are prepared in the order they are received, but if you pay for an expedited shipping option (other than UPS Ground or USPS Priority), we will work to to get your shipment sent ASAP. We request that you send an email to contactus@dontbeadirtbag.com to notify us that an expedited shippping option has been chosen. This does not guarantee that your order will ship immediately, but because orders are prepared in the order received, we are sometimes not aware of urgent needs until 24-48 hours after an order has been placed.

Minimum shipping rates are charged at the time your order is placed & will be reflected during checkout. If the shipping rate of your order is overcalculated by $2.00 or more, a refund will be applied to your PayPal or credit card. If the shipping rate of your order is undercalculated by $2.00 or less, Consider it a gift from us (DirtBag Soaps, LLC) 

SHIPPING INSURANCE / LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Shipping insurance on USPS domestic orders is optional, but recommended. To place insurance on your order, please make a notation in the Instructions/Comments section when going through the Checkout process & we will charge you for this when your order is ready to ship. USPS will not replace or reimburse for lost or damaged packages that do not have insurance. DirtBag Soaps is  not responsible for packages once they have left our facility. If your package is lost or damaged & you've chosen USPS Priority, DirtBag Soaps cannot be responsible to refund or replace the order. UPS automatically offers $100 of insurance on lost or damaged packages. (In most cases, DirtBag Soaps will pay the cost of additional insurance for orders over $100.)  

USPS PRIORITY DELAYS
Please note that USPS Priority mail does not guarantee a specific delivery time. Usual delivery times are 2-3 days within the US, but if the package is delayed for any reason, this is not something that DirtBag Soaps can control. Expect longer ship times with International orders as they have to go through Customs (again, not something that DirtBag Soaps can control). If you need your order by a specific date, please choose a UPS option as those offer guaranteed services.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping offered via USPS First-Class International, USPS Priority International, USPS Global Express, UPS Expedited or UPS Standard. Only UPS options offer guaranteed ship times and tracking numbers.  Insurance is optional, but recommended on international shipments so as to protect both the customer & DirtBag Soaps in the event that your package is lost or damaged. Contact us if you want insurance added and we will adjust your invoice.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please be advised that if you (the customer) provide us (DirtBag Soaps) with an incorrect shipping address, or if you request a reroute of your package, UPS will assess a $10 service fee. Whether you make an error when the order is placed or if a request for an address change is made after the order ships, the customer will be responsible to pay this fee. If DirtBag Soaps makes an error when generating your shipping label, we are responsible to pay the fee.

RETURN POLICY
100% Mony Back Guarantee!!!! If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply email or call us within 5-7 days after your shipment has been received. We will either issue a refund or a replacement, YOU choose. Returns will only be accepted in unopened, original packaging. ICustomer is responsible to pay all return shipping costs & when we receive the returned merchandise, we will refund either your credit card or Paypal account for the subtotal of the product. We do offer refunds and exchanges, and you are welcome to place a new order online for the items you prefer).
